The setting was comfortable and exceptionally nice, really close to the town centre, and alton towers. The restaurant was not too far away from the hotel.
The bed was cheap, unfortunately.

The room is neat, the staff is amiable and helpful. The location is GOOD and convenient, it's not far from alton towers as well as the town centre. Will come back, I thoroughly enjoyed the place, it met every demand.

A nice size rooms with feather pillows. Comfortable and exceptionally nice location, just walking distance from everywhere. A huge variety of food options a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

I was happy with hotel's great location in the middle of the city. The folks were friendly. Location: the property was adjacent to the town centre and alton towers. Also, Waterworld was 3 km away. No complaints whatsoever, the venue met the needs.

We stayed at a charming accommodation in Stoke-on-Trent recently. The rooms were basic but met all our needs. The bathrooms were clean and the kitchenette was a good size. We were pleasantly surprised to find small milk and tea provided. I would recommend this accommodation for its affordability and decent amenities.

The setting of hotel was marvellous, in the middle of the city. It was also right by the town centre, and alton towers.

The location of the hotel seemed quite run down, but it was very close to the town centre, making it convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with free tea and coffee provided. The bathroom facilities were shared, but were generally clean. The staff was helpful and responsive, offering assistance when needed.
Locking and unlocking the door could be a bit tricky at times.
